We offer worldwide shipping using both USPS/UPS and DHL Worldwide Express services to ensure the fastest service is provided.

FREE shipping is available on domestic USA orders over $100.
FREE shipping is available on international orders over $300.

Tracking information is emailed promptly after an order is placed by you and processed by our team. 

Please allow 1-3 day for orders to be processed and shipped out.

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Return Policy

After placing an order, all customers are considered a Mechali family member. For that reason, we are committed to treating each order with care and ensuring your full satisfaction.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery in order to receive store credit. The returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Customers will not be refunded the initial shipping costs.

Customers must begin their return process by contacting us at returns@mechalico.com to obtain return label.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be sent as a digital gift card. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the original style purchased.
