Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide using both USPS and DHL Worldwide Express, depending on location of the order, to ensure the fastest service is provided.

USA - USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) - FREE on orders over $100.
Rest of World - DHL Express (1-3 days) - FREE on orders over $200.

Tracking information is emailed or texted to all customers once order is accepted and processed.

Please allow 1-3 day for orders to be processed and shipped out.

Return Policy

Mechali aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the following must be met:

-Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

-Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued for returned item(s). Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
